Rachel Slaby

Rachel Slaby is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer and Engineering Manager at Boundless Immigration, an immigration-tech startup, Rachel is instrumental in providing immigrants with essential tools and support for their immigration journeys. As President of the Columbus Ruby Brigade and a member of the Board of Directors since March 2021, Rachel advocates for the Ruby programming community. Previous roles include Agile Team Coach and Senior Software Developer at CoverMyMeds, as well as Applications Developer positions at JPMorgan Chase and Pride Technologies, showcasing a strong background in Ruby development. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northeastern State University.
