🙌The role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Admissions Specialist (Special Needs) to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that families joining Boundless Life align with our program's values and can thrive within our educational community. By conducting in-depth assessments, improving processes, and fostering empathetic communication, you will directly contribute to the success and satisfaction of families and children with diverse educational, social, and emotional needs.

This is a full-time, fully remote position, open to candidates based in Europe or East Coast US time zones. You will work with internal teams to ensure seamless admissions by:

  • Application Review and Decision-Making: Assess admission applications to ensure alignment with program requirements and values. Make informed decisions based on established criteria.
  • Optional Family Assessment Calls: Conduct calls with families to evaluate children’s developmental, social, and emotional needs and assess readiness for the program.
  • Admissions Process Improvement: Identify and address gaps in the admissions process, collaborating with Education and Sales teams to improve the experience and reduce friction points.
  • Communication and Follow-Up: Provide clear, empathetic, and timely communication with families during all admissions stages, ensuring transparency and proactive follow-up.
  • Mid-Term Family Assessments: Develop and implement a process to assess family experiences post-admission, offering insights to internal teams for ongoing program alignment.

Success Metrics:

Timely and accurate admissions decisions, enhanced family satisfaction through clear communication, and the successful development of improved admissions processes.

🫶About you

  • Strong English communication skills, in order to explain complex decisions in an approachable way.

  • Experience working with special needs is a must.

  • 3-5 years of proven expertise in admissions or profiling, especially evaluating families or individuals for programs or services.

  • Background in education or understanding children’s educational, social, and emotional needs.

  • The position requires to be based in Europe or East Coast US time zones.

  • Familiarity with developmental milestones and strategies to support diverse learning profiles.

  • Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Slack).

  • Empathy and active listening skills for addressing family dynamics and sensitive topics.

  • Problem-solving abilities to identify challenges early and propose solutions.

  • Cultural sensitivity and comfort working with diverse families from various backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Psychology expertise or studies related to family and child development.
  • Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with Sales, Education, and Community teams.
