Kate Michalowski

Kate Michalowski serves as the Senior Director of Operations at Bounteous since April 2020, leading strategic operational initiatives and overseeing project leadership for efficiency enhancements. Previously, Kate held various leadership roles at Bounteous and The Archer Group, including Director of Operations and Project Director, where responsibilities included optimizing agency processes, guiding integration efforts during acquisitions, and managing client projects. At MMI Agency, Kate established the Project Management Department and managed a team of project managers, fostering inter-departmental collaboration and developing agency-wide processes. Kate's educational background includes an M.A. in Interactive Media from Elon University and a B.A.S. in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Delaware.
