Boustead Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company, which is engaged in the provision of management services to subsidiaries and property investment. The Company operates through six divisions, including Plantation Division, which is involved in the planting of oil palm and processing of crude palm oil; Heavy Industries Division, which offers operations, such as shipbuilding, fabrication of offshore structures, and the restoration and maintenance of vessels and defense related products; Property Division, which is involved in property development, constructing and leasing out of commercial and retail properties; Finance & Investment Division, which is involved in the commercial, Islamic and investment banking, stock broking, as well as the life and general insurance business; Pharmaceutical Division, which manufactures, trades and markets pharmaceutical products, and Trading & Industrial Division, which owns and operates the BHPetrol brand of retail petrol station network.
