Henrik Ørehagen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Henrik started their career as a Sales Consultant at Casio Scandinavia AS from 2006 to 2008. Later, they joined I.M. Skaugen SE as a Management Trainee in 2010. In 2012, they completed a Finance Internship at Fearnleys Finans Shipping. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Program Manager at Google. In 2017, they co-founded and managed Talent Media AS before transitioning to Bouvet ASA. At Bouvet ASA, they held various roles including Senior Consultant in Customer Experience & Marketing analytics from 2017 to 2019, and Senior Consultant in Analytics and Business Intelligence from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Department for Data Platforms, Insights & Analytics at Bouvet ASA.

Henrik Ørehagen earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business/Managerial Economics from Copenhagen Business School in 2009. Henrik then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from BI Norwegian Business School, completing it in 2012. In 2012-2013, they obtained a Master's degree in International Business from Queen's University.
