Ramona Snell

As a child I was always taken by my mother to the terraces of Groningen. My love for the city of Groningen is therefore enormous. I am now a mother myself, and now I like to give my son and daughter the same feeling about Groningen. We can often be found in the nicest places in the city. I love city trips, where I take the plane on Thursday evening and like to spend a whole weekend in Madrid or something like that. Get away from it all, a wonderful way to spend your weekend! I also like to take my kids to an amusement park on weekends.

Before I started working, I studied SJM at the MBO. During my studies I did an internship at an employment agency, where I found out that my passion lies in the temporary employment industry. After my studies I worked there for another six years, while I was working there at the same time I followed the HRM training part-time to obtain my associate degree.

I only recently started working at Bouwselect. I have not yet discovered all the ins and outs of the organization. On the other hand, I can say that I really like Bouwselect. I love helping people, so I would describe myself as a real people person. When you have found a good match between employee and company and let both parties know that they are very satisfied, it always gives me a very good feeling. I think making an effort for others is very important!
