Charlotte Musgrave

Charlotte Musgrave is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project leadership and business change management at Bouygues Energies & Services (UK) since January 2008. Initially starting as a Graduate Trainee, Charlotte quickly advanced to the role of Business Change Project Lead, overseeing the implementation of business processes and the Maximo Service Provider across various FM contracts. As Business Change Manager, Charlotte successfully led process improvements through a Kaizen approach, maintaining stakeholder relationships throughout. Previous roles include Operations Manager, focusing on operational systems for significant contracts, and serving as a Trustee for GFS Platform from 2003 to 2009. Charlotte earned a BA in Asia Pacific Studies and Management from the University of Leeds between 2004 and 2007.
