Charlotte Musgrave is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project leadership and business change management at Bouygues Energies & Services (UK) since January 2008. Initially starting as a Graduate Trainee, Charlotte quickly advanced to the role of Business Change Project Lead, overseeing the implementation of business processes and the Maximo Service Provider across various FM contracts.
