Liza Bellulo

Liza Bellulo, born in 1977, is General Secretary and member of the General Management Committee of Bouygues Telecom.

She will be responsible for the Regulatory Affairs department, the Legal department and the Corporate department, which brings together Public Affairs, Communication and CSR.

A graduate of the IEP of Paris, of ESSEC and former student of ENA (promotion René Cassin, 2003), Liza Bellulo is appointed General Secretary of Bouygues Telecom. Since 2017, she has held the post of master of requests at the Council of State.

Liza Bellulo began her career at the Ministry of Justice, then at the office of the Secretary of State for European Affairs. In 2009, she joined the Autorité de la concurrence, as a Europe advisor, then head of the Chairman's department. In 2014, Liza Bellulo was appointed head of the legal service of the General Secretariat for European Affairs, a service of the Prime Minister.
