Marilyn Jerowsky is the program chair for the Child and Youth Care Diploma and the Education Assistant Certificate programs in the School of Community Studies. She started as a casual instructor in the Justice Studies program in 2015, became a full-time instructor in 2016, and a Program Chair in 2019.
Marilyn worked as a front line Child and Youth Care Worker for several years before moving to Alberta Justice and Solicitor General in 2001 where she worked primarily in youth corrections, until moving into a community position as the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Coordinator for Southern Alberta in 2009.
Marilyn has a Diploma in Child and Youth Care, a Bachelor of Arts in Justice, and a Master of Education in Open, Digital, and Distance Education with a focus area in Instructional Design.
