Lucy Zeka

Lucy Zeka has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Research Manager at the South African Institute of Race Relations until 2013. Following that, they joined EY as a Manager in Strategy Advisory from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Lucy is working at Bow&Arrow (now Accenture Song Ventures) as a Strategy Director, leading multi-disciplinary teams in identifying, incubating, and launching new ventures that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes. Lucy also focuses on bringing outside-in experiences to help traditional and new players in the health and life sciences sector improve health outcomes for patients and consumers.

Lucy Zeka attended St Paul's Girls' School from 1997 to 2004. Lucy then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Politics & Philosophy at Durham University from 2005 to 2008. Following this, Lucy enrolled at the University of the Witwatersrand and obtained their Master's degree in International Relations from 2008 to 2009.
