Daniel Laya

Understanding how people develop and what inspires them to grow has been Daniel Laya's, Bowsy's coo, obsession for decades. Daniel has had the opportunity to impact the lives of employees across Latam, Europe and the Middle East while leading Human Resources and Talent Development departments in multinational organisations. Daniel also has been involved in the research and founding of several HR Tech initiatives. During the last five years he has been inspired by students in his professor role at IE Business School. Remote work allows Daniel to have an impact worldwide from his home in Madrid, while spending plenty of time with his wife and daughter.
