Brian J. von Herbulis

Brian J. Von Herbulis is an experienced leader with a strong background in improving the lives of military veterans and their families. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Higher Ground, a non-profit organization focused on therapeutic recreation programs, Brian also contributes as a Stand-To VLP Scholar at the George W. Bush Presidential Center and a team member at Project Recover. Previously, Brian held the position of Chief Programs Officer at The COMMIT Foundation and founded Ultra Solutions, Inc., providing consulting and leadership coaching services. Other roles include Director at Mission43 and technical consulting for Sony Pictures Entertainment's NBC series. Brian's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Hampden-Sydney College, an Executive MBA from Boise State University, and various leadership and emotional intelligence certifications.
