Dr Bridget Haylock

Dr. Bridget Haylock serves as the Head of Course Development and HE Academic Degree Writer at Collarts (Australian College of the Arts) since July 2015. Dr. Haylock also holds the position of TEQSA Expert in Creative Writing with the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency since January 2019 and provides freelance examination and supervision of postgraduate creative arts theses since January 2017. Additionally, Dr. Haylock is a writer for Prima Materia Writing, focusing on personal performances and freelance writing services since 1996, and has been a performer with Prima Materia Theatre since 1988. Dr. Haylock has lectured at Box Hill Institute in various research methods and curriculum development roles since 2012, including courses for the Master of Music (Contemporary Practice) and Master of International Music Business. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Creative Writing from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Creative Media in Creative Writing from RMIT University.
