Gavin Treacy

Gavin Treacy has a diverse range of work experience in the education and training sector. Gavin is currently the Director of Academic Quality at Box Hill Institute. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at EDUQA Pty Ltd / consultgt and Creative Hospitality Solutions [CHS]. Gavin also served as a Lead Regulatory Officer at the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), where they applied risk management audit principles and evaluated compliance in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) and international student sectors. Additionally, Gavin has held various education management positions at institutions such as William Angliss Institute of TAFE, Holmesglen Institute, and a Private RTO. Gavin'sresponsibilities in these roles included implementing educational strategies, managing training and assessment delivery, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Gavin has also worked as a Senior Educator at Swinburne University of Technology and The Gordon - TAFE. Throughout their career, Gavin Treacy has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring quality education and training delivery.

Gavin Treacy has a Master's degree in Education from Monash University Melbourne, completed from 2008 to 2010. Gavin also has a Master's in Business from Victoria University Melbourne, completed from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they hold a Diploma of Business in Management from William Angliss Institute of TAFE Melbourne, completed from 1992 to 1995, and an Apprenticeship in Waiting from the same institute, completed from 1985 to 1987. More recently, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Menzies Institute of Technology Melbourne and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from MRWED in 2012 and 2011, respectively.
