Michael Kral

Michael Kral has extensive work experience in various roles related to governance, risk management, and strategy. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Governance, Legal, Risk, and Audit at Box Hill Institute. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Risk Officer at the Department of Education & Training, Victoria for almost 9 years. Michael also held senior positions at Sensis, where they were the Group Manager of Business Planning, Risk & Strategy, and Telstra, where they served as a Program/Change Specialist, Master Black Belt/Program Manager, Black Belt/Project Manager, and Risk Manager.

Michael Kral holds a BA degree in English, History, and Psychology from Monash University. Michael also obtained a Dip Ed in Education from Monash University.
