Gabriella Petrone

Gabriella Petrone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales productivity and go-to-market (GTM) enablement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Productivity and GTM Enablement at Box since July 2018, Gabriella has successfully led teams to create effective onboarding and enablement programs, improving ramp time and productivity across customer-facing roles. Prior to Box, Gabriella held various roles at Alfresco, including Sales Enablement and Program Manager, where collaboration with sales leadership resulted in impactful training initiatives. Experience also includes positions at ADP and MINDBODY, Inc., contributing to strong sales and client management strategies. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
