Dayton Mcmillan

Dayton McMillan, M.D., M.S., joined Boxer Capital, LLC in 2020. As an Associate, Dr. McMillan is responsible for conducting due diligence of public and private investments in healthcare.

Prior to joining Boxer, Dr. McMillan attended Colorado State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and a Master of Science in Health Physics as an NNSA sponsored fellow. He subsequently worked at the National Cancer Institute as a Research Fellow in radiation dosimetry prior to receiving his medical doctorate from Harvard Medical School. He has additionally been engaged in research programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard affiliated teaching hospitals, The National Institute of Radiological Sciences in Japan, and the University of Pennsylvania. His academic work has centered on topics in biology, physics, computation, and clinical medicine research.
