Stephanie Banning

Stephanie Banning is currently working as the Head of North American Cyber Underwriting at BOXX Insurance Inc. since December 2022. Before that, they worked at the same company as the Lead Cyber and Technology Underwriter from December 2021 to December 2022. Prior to their role at BOXX Insurance Inc., Stephanie served as the Director at Young Insurance Professionals of Ottawa, starting from July 2019. Stephanie was a Senior Professional Liability Underwriter and Miscellaneous E&O Team Leader at Evolution Insurance from June 2021 to December 2021. Stephanie also worked as a Professional Liability Underwriter and Assistant Vice-President at Victor Canada from July 2017 to May 2021. Stephanie started their professional career as a Licensed Insurance Agent at CAA South Central Ontario in July 2012 and worked there until July 2017. Stephanie's earlier experience includes working as an Insurance Broker at Pentagon Insurance Broker from June 2011 to June 2012, as a Broker at Paul Landry Insurance Broker from April 2008 to June 2011, as an Insurance Broker/Admin at John Shea Insurance Broker from January 2007 to June 2008, and as an Insurance Agent at Belair Di from May 2005 to June 2007.

Stephanie Banning obtained their associate's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Stephanie attended the college from 2005 to 2007. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario from the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) in May 2005.
