Katherine France has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent management. Katherine is currently the Head of People at boxxe, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the HR & Talent Manager at Hive Learning from December 2021 to February 2023. Katherine also served as the Global Recruitment Partner at Advanced Medical Solutions from April 2019 to November 2021. Before that, they held positions in talent & engagement and talent acquisition advisor roles at ConvaTec from January 2015 to March 2019. Katherine briefly worked as an HR and Recruitment Advisor at Exceptional Solutions from January 2015 to July 2015. Katherine's career also includes a role as a DSG HR Advisor at the UK Ministry of Defence from July 2014 to January 2015.
Katherine France completed their Level 5 certification from CIPD in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Chester from 2010 to 2013. Before attending university, they studied Psychology, Business Studies, and Sociology at Runshaw College from 2008 to 2010.
