Sama Carlos Samame has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to 2021. In 2011, they were a Marketing on-line advisor for Groupon. In 2013, they Co-founded and was a Board Member for Lava Innovation. In 2014, they were a Leader and Facilitator for the Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI Conference). In 2011, they also Founded Ventures, which included Import and distribution of GPS devices (2011) and an online real estate platform for home buyers, sellers, renters and real estate professionals (2012). In 2015, they were the Head of Acceleration for Wayra, where they led the team to deliver a synchronized strategy with all the acceleration programs of the other 9 countries. In 2017, they were the Head of Acceleration for Wayra UK, leading the team to deliver a world class acceleration program in London and assuring the QA of the regional programs. In 2019, they were the AWS Connections, EMEA Lead for Amazon Web Services (AWS), running AWS Connections in Europe, Middle East & Africa. In 2020, they were an Angel Investor for Monadd. In 2021, they were the Co-Founder & COO for BoxyHQ, which helps developers automate product security, and Co-Founder for Salsa Ventures, a Syndicate focused on developing the Latin American startup ecosystem.

Sama Carlos Samame holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Creativity and Change Leadership from the International Center for Studies in Creativity - State University of New York, which they obtained in 2013. 🚁 Sama also holds a Diploma in Environmental Conflict Management and Resolution from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, which they obtained in 2011. In addition, they hholda Bachelor in Business Management from Universidad de Lima, which they obtained in 2007.
