Douglas Schamp

Douglas Schamp possesses extensive experience in security and management, currently serving as Operations Manager for Allied Universal's Project Next in the Central Region. Schamp has held multiple roles within the Boy Scouts of America, including Assistant District Commissioner and District Commissioner, showcasing a long-term commitment since 1985. Previous leadership experience includes a District Leader position at Primerica and a background as a Security/Law Enforcement Specialist in the United States Air Force, culminating in retirement in 1997. Schamp holds two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Industrial Security and Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, and Firefighting, along with education from New Mexico State University and Eldorado High School.
