Ryan Elias

Ryan Elias currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Scouting America, where responsibilities include leading a $1 billion development campaign and managing a team of over 70 professionals. With a strong background in higher education advancement, Ryan held senior roles at Miami University, culminating in the Senior Associate Vice President of Development, and previously served as Assistant Vice President at the University of Cincinnati. In addition, Ryan contributed significantly to the Network of Academic Corporate Relations Officers, enhancing academic-corporate partnerships. Ryan's earlier experience includes leadership positions in corporate relations at The University of Texas at Dallas and various development roles at Purdue University. Ryan holds an MBA in Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, and Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
