Taylor Cline

Taylor Cline is an accomplished engineering manager at Intel Corporation, currently overseeing Fab High Precision Maintenance and Labor Productivity. With a career spanning over a decade at Intel, Taylor has significantly expanded engineering team capabilities and received recognition for contributions to safety, quality, and productivity. As a project manager, notable achievements include organizing a cross-functional team to replace 2000 laptops, training nearly 1000 personnel on Microsoft Teams, and leading efforts in augmented reality development for training. In addition, Taylor has been a dedicated Troop Leader with the Boy Scouts of America since 2008, demonstrating leadership in community service and youth development. Taylor earned a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Brigham Young University, where research included innovative apparatus design and published work on drug and pesticide breakdown, and served as a chemistry instructor.
