Kelsie Conner

Kelsie Conner is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on recruiting and employee experience. Currently serving as the Recruiting & Employee Experience Manager at Boyd Company since July 2017, Kelsie has managed position postings, attended recruitment events, facilitated interviews, and implemented new hire processes, along with overseeing the ThinkBig sponsorship and Internship programs. Prior to this role, Kelsie worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Whayne Supply and began a career in human resources with various roles including Management Trainee and HR Intern. Kelsie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Southern Indiana, completed in 2014.
