Elyse Fleck is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in the food service and gaming industries. Currently serving as Director of Procurement Operations at Boyd Gaming since July 2023, Elyse has previously held significant roles including Supply Chain Manager at Pinnacle Entertainment and Director of Purchasing at both Paris Brothers Inc. and Global FoodService. Elyse's career began at Applebee's International, where a long tenure as Director of Purchasing established a strong foundation in procurement management.
