Monty has held various leadership positions in different companies, including Boyd Gaming, Synoptek, Credit One Bank, Digimarc, Bonotel Exclusive Travel, EBSCO, Parkview Healthcare, and USIS - EIG formerly Total Info Services. Throughout their career, they have focused on strategic planning, team leadership, project management, system design, software development, and change management. Monty has played a crucial role in driving digital transformation, reducing complexity, implementing process improvements, and leveraging technology to deliver business value. Monty has also served as a change agent and has experience in various aspects of IT, including application development, infrastructure engineering, database management, and agile development.

Monty Staggs holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree in Management from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, ITIL v3 Foundations from Hewllet-Packard, SAFe 4.0 Practicioner from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Six Sigma Green Belt from Six Sigma.
