Steve Moberly has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in food and beverage and operations management. Steve started their career at miX at Mandalay Bay as the Assistant General Manager and eventually became the General Manager, overseeing the restaurant and nightlife operations. Steve then transitioned to the W Retreat & Spa, where they served as the Director of Food & Beverage, responsible for managing various outlets and catering services. Steve continued to expand their experience at Penn National Gaming as the Director of Food & Beverage, successfully opening the Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway. Steve then held roles as the Director of Outlets at Double Barrel at Monte Carlo & SLS Las Vegas and the Managing Partner at AMS Hospitality Solutions. Steve also served as the Assistant General Manager at Camelback Lodge and Resort and the Director of Food and Beverage at Squaw Valley Ski Holdings. Prior to their current role as the Director of Operations at Boyd Gaming, they worked at Caesars Entertainment as the Director of Hospitality and at La Tavola Hospitality Group as a Partner/Owner. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and customer service skills.
Steve Moberly obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Steve attended the university from 1994 to 1997.
