Erin Beardsley

Erin Beardsley currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Management at The Milestone Group, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this, Erin was a Senior Asset Manager at Pacific Urban Investors from October 2022 to August 2025 and held the role of Regional Manager at both Bell Partners Inc and Gates Hudson between August 2019 and August 2019. Experience also includes a role as Regional Property Manager at KETTLER from April 2016 to July 2018, and an extensive tenure at MAA from June 2013 to April 2016, where duties included Senior Property Manager and Area Leader overseeing multi-site operations across Virginia and Charleston, South Carolina, totaling 2,086 units.
