Lisa Farmer

Lisa Farmer is a driven, passionate leader who strives to help clients find the right resources at the right level at pace. With over 20 years of experience in interim management, she leads the Interim practice at Boyden, working closely with her executive search colleagues.

Lisa specialises in company transformation and change management, working with PE firms, owner managed and FTSE businesses. Her earlier career was in executive search and she has worked on numerous senior level positions, giving her a broad range of experience and a large network to pull from as she works with clients to help them during times of change.
