Melanie Lovelace

Melanie Lovelace has extensive experience in management and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Business Manager at Boyden since January 2002, responsibilities include overseeing accounting activities, managing human resources, and supporting partnership search activities. Prior to this, Melanie held roles at Futurestep as Operations Manager & Consultant and as an Executive Assistant at Korn Ferry. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Boyden and owning Bitter Creek Trucking from January 1980 to May 1996, where Melanie grew the company from a local operation to a significant trucking and warehousing business. Education was pursued at Lamar University from 1973 to 1974.
