Stela Ouzounova

Stela Ouzounova is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, coaching, and business development. Currently serving as a Principal at Boyden since August 2018, Stela previously held roles as a Partner and Holistic Living Coach at Orfea Sonicentre and a Customer Happiness Partner and Intunity Coach at Equinox Partners Ltd. Stela's extensive tenure at AIMS International Bulgaria spanned from 1998 to December 2016, where responsibilities included Executive Director and Head of Client Services for Bulgaria and North Macedonia. Additionally, Stela was a Marshall Memorial Fellow with the German Marshall Fund of the United States in 2003, contributing to transatlantic relations. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in British and American Studies from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, and an MBA from the University of Leeds and the University of Lincoln.
