Amanda Bomers

Amanda Bomers, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at The Highlands at Harbor Springs since June 2017, where Amanda developed a comprehensive training toolbox for management and led the implementation of a Learning Management System. In addition to this role, Amanda provides remote HR support to Gatlinburg Skylift Park while previously working as a Human Resources Generalist at Boyne Resorts from October 2013 to June 2017, overseeing 401(k) processing and benefits coordination. Amanda began her career in human resources at Boyne Highlands Resort, where responsibilities included training new staff and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Human Resources from Saginaw Valley State University.
