David Unger

David Unger serves as Senior Vice President at AKAM since January 2024. Unger has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest New Jersey since 2008, holding roles as Immediate Past Chair and Chairman. Previously, Unger spent over 25 years at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included Vice President Operations and Brand Leader for Baymont by Wyndham and various other leadership positions in brand operations, hotel openings, finance, and franchise services. Unger holds a Bachelor's degree in Resort Management from Southern Vermont College and a Master's degree in Hotel Restaurant & Tourism Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
