Alisha’s strong sense of stewardship is clear to the people who can receive guidance and support at any time. Alisha encourages leaders to connect with employees and develop their teams. She is the accountability partner for the various teams, encouraging them to achieve personal growth, deliver quality craftsmanship, and further tighten the bond of everyone at Boys Electrical Contractors.
