Justin Luppino

Justin Luppino is currently a Finance Committee member at the Boys & Girls Club of Elgin. Justin has over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, having served as an Assistant Vice President at three different banks.

Justin started their career in 1999 as a Credit Analyst at Old Second National Bank. Justin then spent six years at State Financial Bank, before the company was bought by Associated Bank in 2005. After a short stint at Wintrust Financial Corporation, Justin spent 11 years at First Midwest Bank, where they rose to the position of Assistant Vice President.

Justin has a deep understanding of financial operations and brings a wealth of experience to their current role at the Boys & Girls Club of Elgin. Justin is committed to helping the organization achieve its goals and make a positive impact on the lives of youth in the community.

Justin Luppino has a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Accounting from Monmouth College.

They are on a team with Jackie Czuprynski - Resource Development, Katrina Gatuz - Elgin Board member, and Ginta Rose Ruben - Elgin Board member. Justin Luppino reports to Natalee Dismuke, Elgin Board Vice President.
