Jose Roman

Jose Roman currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Development at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Westfield since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jose held various positions at the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services, including Program Director for Westfield Revocation and Assistant Program Director from May 2017 to February 2022. Jose's earlier experience includes serving as Program Director, Teen Outreach Coordinator, and Athletic Coordinator at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Westfield from August 2008 to April 2017, focusing on after school programs, teen engagement, and youth athletic activities. Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Westfield State University and an Associate's degree in Sports and Entertainment Management from Springfield Technical Community College.
