Heather Quinn, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Heather began their career at Hampton University as an Assistant Director of Student Activities, where they planned and coordinated events for students and campus organizations. Heather then moved on to work at Pür Minerals as a Brand Coordinator, where they managed a national team and oversaw product development, brand management, and sales growth.

In 2015, Heather joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, starting as a Resource Development Learning Projects Coordinator. Heather later became a Resource Development Learning Specialist, where they designed and developed e-learning courses and managed curriculum on a learning management system. Their role then progressed to Manager, RD Learning, where they empowered resource development professionals by developing a comprehensive learning framework and ensuring compliance with standardized practices.

Currently, Heather holds the position of Director, RD Learning & Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they lead the alignment and digitization of curriculum within Spillett Leadership University and focuses on the development and acquisition of vital fundraising skills.

Heather Quinn, M.Ed., completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Public Relations from Kennesaw State University, from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree with a focus on Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at Georgia Southern University between 2013 and 2016.
