Kaylen Harrison-Hopkins

Kaylen Harrison-Hopkins has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles.

Kaylen started their career at the Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast as a Program Manager, Outdoor. From 2007 to 2009, they successfully managed outdoor programs.

In 2009, Kaylen joined the Girl Scouts of Colorado as a Volunteer Services Manager. Kaylen then served as a Volunteer Management Specialist from 2013 to 2014 before progressing to the role of Adult Training Manager from 2014 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, Kaylen worked at the University of Wyoming as an Instructional Designer and Trainer, where they designed and delivered training programs. Kaylen later became a Project Manager, HR Optimization & Business Process, focusing on improving HR processes.

Joining Pure Romance in 2016, Kaylen was an Advanced Consultant responsible for sexual health and wellness education, customer service, and promoting products through various channels.

Most recently, Kaylen has been working at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Kaylen began as a Client Support Manager in 2021, developing support structures for the MyClubHub Salesforce system. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of Client Success Manager, where they mentored local clubs and provided specialized trainings. Currently, Kaylen holds the position of Director of Client Enablement.

Kaylen Harrison-Hopkins completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Park and Recreation Management, with a minor in Spanish, from Northwest Missouri State University. This education took place from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their degree, Kaylen has also obtained certifications including the American Red Cross Instructor of Trainers from the American Red Cross in March 2016 and the Girl Scout Gold Award from the Girl Scouts of the USA in September 2002.
