Maureen Stone

Maureen Stone currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, enhancing programs that impact nearly 4 million youth annually. Stone previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Development at the National Kidney Foundation, where a $24 million fundraising strategy resulted in a significant increase in net revenue. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, including developing collaborative fundraising initiatives and strengthening local organizations' fundraising capacities, Stone has also founded One Stone Consulting and led innovation and leadership initiatives at Dilts Ventures. Stone's earlier career highlights include significant roles in the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee and as Chief Executive Officer of USA Team Handball, where major sponsorships and funding were secured. Stone holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC Santa Barbara.
