Tod Oliver

Tod Oliver is an accomplished organizational development professional with extensive experience across renowned organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Expedia Group since March 2025, Tod partners with senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive cultural transformation. Previously, leadership roles at Amazon Web Services involved strategic initiatives in organizational effectiveness and leadership development. At NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Tod focused on learning strategy and organizational development, while experience at Cox Communications and the City of San Diego encompassed leadership and organizational development at large-scale organizations. Tod holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Alliant International University and an MBA from San Diego State University.
