Maurice Bostick has a diverse work experience. Maurice started their career at Accenture in 2002, where they worked as a Manager. In this role, they focused on assisting top US Banks in their Merger & Acquisition strategies, designing integration and change management plans for the financial services sector, and leading teams across different locations.
In 2011, Maurice joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of America as the Director of Planning and Measurement. Here, they developed a strategy for delivering a national outcome measurement tool and created a marketing and communication plan that resulted in a high adoption rate among Clubs. This tool empowered local organizations to leverage data and tell their impact story.
In 2013, Maurice became a Senior Operations Strategist at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Maurice assessed organizational needs, developed a comprehensive assessment tool, and trained assessors to conduct onsite assessments.
Currently, Maurice holds the role of Director of Innovative Operating Models at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Their work focuses on designing new operating models to create sustainability and have a greater impact on the millions of youth participating in Clubs across America. This involves establishing strategic partnerships through mergers, acquisitions, management agreements, and shared services to define unique value propositions for communities.
Maurice Bostick completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Morehouse College, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Maurice also obtained a certification in Merger Integration from PRITCHETT, LP in May 2017.
