Stephen Saxon

Stephen Saxon has a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Stephen currently serves as the Managing Director - Affiliate Talent Acquisition at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since June 2022. Prior to this, they were the HR Director - Talent and Development at Imerys from October 2018 to December 2020.

Before their role at Imerys, Stephen worked at Tarkett from March 2018 to October 2018 as the Director Talent Acquisition, Tarkett NA, and from March 2008 to March 2018 as the Director Human Resources. Stephen also has experience at The Home Depot, where they worked as the Division Staffing Manager from August 2004 to February 2008.

Earlier in their career, Stephen founded their own executive search firm, Saxon Executive Search, Inc, where they served as the Principal from June 2000 to August 2004. Stephen also gained experience at The Coca-Cola Company as a Staffing Project Manager / Sourcing Strategist from February 1996 to January 2000.

Stephen Saxon received their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southeast Missouri State University. Stephen attended the university from 1981 to 1986. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Stephen has obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in March 2022, and as an MBTI Master Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company in March 2019.
