Katie Rutkowski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Katie began their career at the University of Central Florida as an Area Coordinator from 2005 to 2008. Katie then transitioned to Loyola University Chicago, where they held several positions including Assistant Director -- Baumhart Hall, Assistant Director for Apartment Areas, and Associate Director for Residence Life from 2008 to 2015. In 2015, Katie joined Mercy Home for Boys & Girls as the Manager for the Mercy Home Heroes Endurance Program. Katie then moved on to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago, first as a Senior Executive Assistant from 2016 to 2018, and subsequently as the Director of Executive Operations from 2018 onwards.
Katie Rutkowski obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Spanish from Saint Louis University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at Loyola University Chicago, attending from 2003 to 2005.
