Nicole Tough

Nicole Tough is a Data Analyst and Club Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area, where responsibilities include leading a team, organizing after-school programs, and coordinating with families and administration. Previously, at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Nicole served as an Elementary School Teacher, leading a team of educators and enhancing students' academic and social outcomes. Additional experience includes participation as a Corp Member in Teach For America and a Summer School Teacher at Georgetown Day School. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization from The University of Texas at Austin.
