Monita Chatterjee has a diverse range of work experience in the field of auditory prostheses and perception. Monita started their career at the House Ear Institute as a Postdoctoral Researcher and later progressed to become a Scientist I and II. In 2005, they joined the University of Maryland, College Park as an Assistant Professor in Hearing and Speech Sciences, where they later became an Associate Professor and Director of the Cochlear Implants and Psychophysics Lab.
