Bob Patten

Bob Patten joined Bozzuto in June 2021, bringing over 35 years of experience in system operations, maintenance and capital project management. At Bozzuto, Bob oversees the company’s regional maintenance and engineering teams. He is responsible for the oversight and development of best-in-class engineering programs and practices across the company’s portfolio.

Previously, Bob was Global Vice President of Engineering and Capital Planning for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he oversaw the areas of engineering, facilities management and capital planning for all full-service hotel properties. Prior to Hyatt, he held Project Engineer, Project Manager and Estimator roles at a large design-build mechanical contracting firm in the Chicago area.

Bob received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He was a long-time member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), actively participating in the Engineering, Sustainability and Food Waste Reduction Committees
