Monica Lewis

Monica Lewis is currently the VP of Professional Services at BP Logix. Monica has over 20 years of experience in technical training and consulting, having worked at companies such as Global 360, mtlDesigns, and ViewStar Corporation.

Her experience includes leading the design, development, and delivery of Computer Based Training (CBT) and Instructor Led Training (ILT) educational material. Monica has also provided BPM technical subject matter expertise for courses targeted to external clients, including developers, system administrators, and end-users of enterprise process and document management systems.

Monica has a proven track record in successfully redesigning, developing, and delivering Global 360 core curriculum ILT courses through every major update of the product line. Monica is skilled in using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and VMWare for their coursework designs. In addition, they have designed and developed sample enterprise workflow process systems for use with classroom hands-on activities, utilizing Global 360's Process360, MS Sharepoint, and VMWare.

Monica Lewis has a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles and certification from eCornell in Executive Women in Leadership. Monica also has certification from Villanova University in Essentials of Project Management and ASTD in Blended Learning. Finally, they have certification from UCSD - Extension in Teaching Online.
