Akos Gazso

Akos Gazso is an experienced financial leader with a strong background in performance planning and management, currently serving as the Head of Performance Planning & Management for Innovation and Engineering at bp since February 2018. Prior roles at bp include GBS Finance Lead for IT&S and Senior Finance Performance Manager. Previously, Akos held various finance management positions at Diageo from January 2012 to December 2017, focusing on driving business performance and financial oversight for Continental Europe and Global Customers, as well as Western Europe financial controlling. Start of a career at IBM spanned from 2003 to December 2011, where responsibilities included General Business Sales Management Advisor and Business Operations Manager for Technology Services in Central and Eastern Europe. Akos holds an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics from Budapest Business School.
