Jordan Vanicek

Jordan Vanicek is an experienced professional with a diverse background in transformation leadership, project management, and operations within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Central Transformation Lead at bp since September 2017, Jordan focuses on driving internal change to enhance efficiency and business outcomes, while also facilitating long-term strategy development and optimizing the operating model. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at bp, where responsibilities encompassed leading optimization projects involving data analytics and artificial intelligence, and Maintenance & Construction Team Lead, managing a team of operations professionals for the East Texas business unit. Additionally, Jordan has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of American Wonder, LLC, specializing in oil and gas transportation, and has a strong military background from service in the US Army, where leadership encompassed operational management and strategic planning. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
