Victoria Lechler

Victoria Lechler has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Victoria began their career at H-E-B in 2018, starting as a participant in the School of Retail Leadership. Victoria then progressed to become an Assistant Store Director from February 2019 to January 2021, before being promoted to Store Director from February 2021 to February 2022. After their time at H-E-B, they joined TEKsystems in February 2022 as a Digital & Creative Recruiter. In May 2022, they transitioned to the role of an Account Manager, where they worked until March 2023. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at BP3 Global, starting in March 2023.

Victoria Lechler received their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Texas State University. Victoria attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
